• Unique User ID and QR Code generation
• Recycling tracking and verification
• Reward calculation and payouts
• Gift Aid processing (where applicable)

Services may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time

Subscription Terms

• Some features require paid subscription
• Prices are displayed on the website
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel anytime, but fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice

QR Code Usage & Recycling Rules

• Each user is issued a unique QR code
• QR codes must be securely attached to recycling bags
• Only accepted clothing/textile items are eligible
• Items must be clean, dry, and suitable for recycling

We reserve the right to:

• Reject non-compliant items
• Disqualify unverified or untraceable submissions
• Adjust weight calculations after verification

Verification Process

All recycling submissions are subject to:

• Weight verification
• Quality checks
• Fraud prevention controls

Final decisions on eligibility and weight are at our discretion

Rewards, Credits & Payouts

• Rewards are based on verified weight and eligibility
• Credits may be issued in GBP or platform balance
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply
• Processing times vary depending on verification and payment provider

We reserve the right to:

• Adjust, delay, or refuse payouts
• Reverse rewards due to fraud, error, or misuse

Gift Aid Declaration (UK Only)

If you opt into Gift Aid:

• You confirm you are a UK taxpayer
• You understand HMRC rules apply

You are responsible for ensuring your eligibility Incorrect declarations may result in HMRC liability

Prohibited Activities

• Submit non-recyclable, hazardous, or prohibited materials
• Interfere with system functionality

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, systems, QR processes, and platform technology belong to Go Green Dragon Ltd

You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part without written permission

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for:

• Payments
• Hosting
• QR systems
• Logistics/collection

We are not responsible for third-party service failures beyond our control

Limitation of Liability
